Forearm Update
I tried out a couple things yesterday to help my arm and it's definitely made a difference. Not 100%, but much closer.
I learned some stretching exercises from an NMSS brochure (online) and I used moist heat when I got home. My arm is no longer sore to the touch. The only motion that is still creating soreness is when I flex my wrist upwards.
