Signing up for Hypnosis Class

Chris will be bringing my registration form down to Monty Tech a little later today. I'm signing up for a class called "Stress Management with Hypnosis". I'm hoping that I'll learn how to cope with stress better. Even the slightest bit of stress makes my symptoms come on very strong, and it sucks. Last July, a very stressful week made me lose the ability to walk for a day. I don't want something that severe to happen again, if I can help it!

Mom is paying for the class ($49) as a birthday present. I wish she would do the class with me, but she's having ankle surgery in the middle of it, and would have to miss a class. Damn.
