MOST on the Treadmill!
Believe me, I'm surprised myself!
3.40 miles = 1 hr
I can't believe how far I've come in a month. When I first started the treadmill, my top speed (not in miles) was 2.5 - then it slowly increased to 3.0 - right now, I am the most comfortable at 3.4. I think that boils down to about a 17 1/2 minute mile.
I'm very excited. I can't believe how far I've come, physically. And my feet barely get numb at all anymore when I'm on the treadmill. A month ago, they'd go numb after about 20 minutes. This is just amazing! Although I don't really understand this. Would this mean that damage is healing because I'm exercising? Or is my body learning to compensate - like rewire itself? I think I heard that it can happen, but I don't know if exercising helps make your body do that.
No complaints - just sheer amazement! : )
