Experimenting

No, trying to stop L was my idea. Because I don't want to take a med if I don't need it anymore - and I won't know if the spasms have really stopped (ie. flare over) unless I stop taking L. So it's my experiment - and I'll tell him on Wednesday.

It's not one of those meds, like many A/Ds, that have to be in your system constantly to work. Amantadine (my anti-fatigue) must be taken twice a day to stay in my system - and it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to even start working!

Luckily, not the case with L. It can be used on an "as needed basis". That's also why a lot of people like Provigil for an anti-fatigue. It's "as needed". So if you're not constantly fatigued, you just need a little help sometimes, it's good for that.

Spasms suck. I didn't realize they could be like this.
