Plans for the weekend

My Dad, Rete & Claire are leaving for MD on Saturday morning, so I will be pet-sitting while they're away. They have a dog and three cats, and they are all indoor animals. I don't know why - except that no one wants them to get run over. So I'll be going there a few times a day to feed & water them, and take the dog out for a little bit. The dog knows that if he can't hold it, he's allowed to go in the basement near the cats' litterbox. It's rare, but he's had emergencies.

On Saturday evening, Chris and I are going to Monadnock Speedway to watch the races and see the fireworks afterwards. Chris is seeing if his little brother, Ethan (13), wants to come with us. He's never been there and I think he'd like it. Luckily, it's not too far from my father's house, so I'll see the pets before we go and on the way back home.

I think Chris' family is doing the 4th of July BBQ on Sunday, which is a much more convenient day than Monday. And we'll probably have a little birthday celebration for Chris' mother, who's birthday is really tomorrow.

And I'm going to start taking Ditropan on Monday. My hives are all gone, and Monday will be one week Detrol & Ditropan free. If I break out again, then I'll know it is definitely the Ditropan, and I'll call the doc to try another one. Trial & error.
